She began her career in the waste and recycling sector, where she built a strong foundation in client relationship management and strategic sales. Her path continued in the healthcare industry’s MRO space, where she sharpened her focus on solution-based selling and cross-functional collaboration. Today, Karen leads business development for Merit’s Austin branch, bringing her energy and insight to the commercial landscape industry. She’s focused on growth—supporting new client acquisition, market expansion and long-term partnerships throughout Central Texas.
